RECC. Active uses Australia Post for all package handling, shipping & delivery. We aim to fulfil and dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days of you purchasing. (Please note: in some cases Public Holidays, Holiday periods & Pre-Sale Offers will impact time deliveries.)
We offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING on orders over $120AUD. A $10 flat rate applies to all orders under $120.
A tracking number is provided to you when your order is dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
RECC. Active is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills.
MISSING PACKAGE?
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, it is out of ours. First steps are to check with your neighbours and to contact the carrier (Australia Post). The carrier will be more apt to help you locate your package, as they can contact the delivery person and get more details about the exact delivery details of the package. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you are. If the package hasn't shown up within 3-5 business days of the package missing, please contact us at team@reccactive.com.au and we will figure out the next steps with you.
