Returns & Exchanges

Happy customers is a huge priority to us! Need an exchange or refund? Here's how you can get this process rolling:

 Please email team@reccactive.com.au with your order name and number. 


Ensure you post back your return with traceable service as RECC. is not responsible for any items lost in the mail. 

Returns Policy:
RECC. Active offers a 14 day returns policy after the item has been delivered.
To be eligible for a refund items must be:
- Clean, unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as sold (tags and labels still attached - where applicable)
- Packaged with proof of purchase (order number and name)

Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling changes are non-refundable.

Sale items purchased on major sale days such as Black Friday, Boxing Day & any sort of Frenzy cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged for a different size or store credit.

If for any reason you need to return your item after the 14 day exchange policy please email us at team@reccactive.com.au

Store Credits:
Credit Notes are Valid for 12 month from the date issued.

Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be returned to the sender.
 
Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, colour or style, please contact us via email (team@reccactive.com.au)

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size and style in stock to exchange.

Any exchanged requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued a Store Credit or Refund.

Exchange shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling changes are non-refundable.

Processing Time:
We process all of our returns within 4 days of receiving your items.

You will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected.

Australian Domestic returns by regular post can take about a week, while express post should take 3 days.

International post can take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive.

Faulty Items:
If you believe there is fault with your product, please contact team@reccactive.com.au within 5 days of the items arrival. Do not remove the tags or hygiene stickers otherwise you will not be guaranteed a refund. If you could send photos of the faulty item that would be appreciated.

WANT TO RETURN WITHOUT CONTACTING FIRST? 
PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: 
1. Check that you ordered less than 14 days ago. 
2. Pop your items in a postage mailer nicely. Ensure tags & stickers are attached (where applicable)
3. Write the following on a piece of paper and include this in your mailer. 
- Order Name:
- Order Number: 
- Reason For Return:
- Items Being Returned:
- Sizes Being Returned:
- Would you like a different item, store credit or refund?
- If you chose 'different item', what Item Name/s & Size/s would you like?
- Has your postal address changed?

Note 1: If the items you choose are out of stock, we will email you to discuss a store credit or refund. 

Note 2: We do not provide refunds on already marked down sale items but are happy to provide a store credit if it does not fit well.
